The last few months have seen a flurry of activity with construction getting underway.
To celebrate, Mayor Peter Walker joined DevCore, Yatcon,
Antony & Edwards and all our partner builders on site to turn the
first shovel. You can view the photos of this ceremony below.
Major earthworks are now well underway to get the land ready
for install of underground services later this year, with
registration of the land expected in mid-2024.
We’re pleased to note that Blakelys Run is keeping local tradespeople and suppliers
employed! Over 65% of Yatcon’s Blakelys Run team are local to Goulburn.
